Anal Stimulation Study

Overview of Your Role in the Anal Stimulation Group
  • Participate 5 days weekly in anal training following our training program
    • Use an anal plug following our training plan to gradually increase size of plug use.
    • The end of one training session every week should involve active anal play alone without a partner (use dildos, anal vibrators, fingers, etc.) This is recommended to be done with other masturbation methods for a better experience.
  • Once weekly participate in anal intercourse with your partner
      • Approximately 15 minutes prior to intercourse please use an anal plug or stimulator as preparation for intercourse.
      • After the warm-up period engage in anal intercourse with recommended minimum time of 10 minutes.
      • Male partner should ejaculate inside of the rectum whenever possible.
  • Fill out the weekly questionnaire regarding the activity you participated in.
Detailed Guidelines
  • Anal Training Day: Five days during the week you would spend at least 10-15 minutes of dedicated time towards anal sexual stimulation. During this time you would wear an anal plug following our training plan and sizing guide. The goal here is to provide both physical and mental preparation for more intense anal intercourse during the week. You do not have to be actively be involved with the stimulation during each day or the entire 10-15 minutes. Simply inserting an anal plug while you do other tasks for most of the duration is sufficient, at the end of one training session during the week that you choose you are expected to perform self anal play of 3-5 minutes minimum. This would range from fingering anus, anal dildo use, larger toy use attempts, and vibrators. This helps prepare and train the anus and mind for real intercourse. Please note you will be provided anal training plugs and anal specific dildo if needed. The goal is to safely and gradually increase the size to better accommodate anal play and intercourse.
    • Usually would be best to simply make this part of a routine. You can traing during your morning routine or while preparing for bed. It can be worn while working from home or reading a book. It is easy to find a time to wear it for only 10-15 minutes if incorporated with other regular daily activites.
    • If shorter more frequent sessions seems daunting, you are permitted to have one single training session of 2 hours once weekly. This however, does not have as great of effect and more likely to lead to soreness. The time of 2 hours is chosen as that will allow for similar weekly progress as the more frequent sessions. Again at the end participate in anal play for 3-5 minutes if not too sore with this method.

  • Anal Intercourse Day: Choose another day during the week to engage in anal intercourse with your partner. Similar to the training day, spend at least 15 minutes prior to actual penetration wearing a butt plug/vibrator or engaging in different forms of anal stimulation. You will focus on activities and positions that lead to anal penetration by your partner and ejaculation within the rectum if possible.
    • You may start with vaginal intercourse while wearing a plug or oral with the plug for the 15 minutes prior to anal penetration as you see fit.
    • Anal penetration for intercourse should last 10 minutes minimum unless there is severe pain or extreme discomfort, having some slight discomfort is normal and should not be a reason to shorten these sessions.
Methodology with Specific Focus

Current research has shown that anal stimulation has many more potential benefits than previously thought.

  1. Improved Physical Health: Research has indicated that there are different hormones released in different levels than during regular intercourse. Given the mechanism of the anus there is a hormone called relaxin which leads to increased muscle relaxation. Therefore, regular anal stimulation could help treat chronic pain conditions.
  2. Improved Self-Confidence: Interesting research has been done that shows regular participation in anal intercourse either another person or toys promotes improved body image and self-confidence. The reason is not completely known, but it was hypothesized that this is due to overcoming a common taboo in our society which allows an individual to be more open and comfortable sexually.
Areas of Exploration Beyond Known Benefits
While current research demonstrates many benefits of sexual expirementation, our study aims to delve deeper into the following less understood aspects:
  1. Realistic Physical Implications of Recurrent Anal Stimulation: How does regular anal stimulation actually affect the body? Are the results palpable or are they just noticeable on a physiological scale?
  2. Effect on Relationship Dynamics: As a secondary study point we are interested in how regular anal stimulation affects the sexual and day-to-day relationship of couples.
